I hear you, always saying “yes” to whatever project is thrown your way in order to impress. The blinders are on, the sole focus is on the next promotion, striving for more money, more success. At the end of the day, there is zero energy left so you skip the gym and order takeout, again. You feel defeated recalling all the hobbies you’ve been wanting to pick up but haven’t had time for. All the days look the same. You live for the weekend, but you’re completely out of steam when it arrives.

Classic type A high achiever who valued my worth based on how much I got done in a day. 

Girl I feeeeeel you, always being our best is completely exhausting. I know the ache and deep desire for peace and calm. 

But it feels impossible to stop the hustle and surrender control. You struggle with loosening the grip on productivity as the primary measure of your success. You’re in a perpetual state of doubt, hesitation, second guessing, constantly seeking approval and validation from others. Often taking others advice as your truth, in order to feel validated and like you belong.

Perfectionism runs deep. You look in the mirror with disgust, wondering how could you have let this happen, poking and prodding at your body’s ‘flaws’, cursing the cellulite, arm jiggle, love handles, your touching thighs. Punishing your body through excessive exercise, pleading for it to be 10 lbs lighter, less flabby and more toned. 

You’re beating yourself up because you know you “should” work out 5 times per week, eat the “perfect” diet but in reality, most days when you come home from work exhausted, all you can do is melt into the couch, reaching for the bag of chips and glass of wine (or three). Even when you have a small victory - having a great workout at the gym or noticing that your pants are fitting better, there is no celebration, you “know” you can always do better. 

The constant shaming, guilt, and judgement is incessant.

This course is for women desiring to reconnect to their intuition, develop a compassionate relationship with their body and food and finally feel free.

Our Focus Areas

 

It starts with food. We learn to understand food as medicine and assess components of consumption that are bringing us down. We develop a nourishment plan that is customized, individualized and unique to you and your body. 

Mindful movement. Coming home to your body, understanding movement as a way to feel good, to bring more vitality, radiance and joy into your daily expression. Our physical practices will move you from your over thinking mind and into your heart wisdom.

Resilient mindset. We’ll break through the habits that have been keeping you stuck. You’ll learn ways to identify and overcome the mental blocks that prevent you from truly loving yourself unconditionally. We’ll put an end to the self critical beliefs. You’ll find deep belonging within yourself, and you’ll stop looking outside for validation and approval. 

Attuning to and honoring your natural cycles. We’ll look to where you’ve been in or out of alignment in your life when it comes to honoring your body and your divine feminine power. You’ll understand what it means to be radiant from the inside out. You’ll develop unshakable confidence to truly enjoy a happier, healthier and fulfilling life. 

What’s included 

Sessions 

Weekly 60 minute calls. We’ll have one session per week often with accompanying ‘soul work’ or homework to help you integrate what we uncover. We will dive into vulnerable conversation, identify obstacles and develop a clear path to overcome your inner critic and rise into your radiance. 

Accountability 

As needed support and accountability through email and Voxer access as we move through practices. 

Access to the Nourishment Vault  

The nourishment vault includes guided meditations, affirmation audio recordings and other customized guides to support you along your journey.
